The last time I asked for a promotion, to supervisor at the grocery store, I'm -sure- I didn't feel this terrified or apprehensive.
Last night I dreamed that all my co-workers took a vote and decided that I wasn't right for the job. There was so much antipathy in the dream. I talked with Pookie when he got home, before I left for work, and I'm not sure if I feel any better.
I would really like to not feel like I'm making the biggest mistake ever. Someone tell me I'm being silly.
