For the record there are some of us who had to listen to Celine Dion and Roch Voisine in junior high french class.

Some of us (inluding Yours Truly) were in french immersion.

That meant that for at least two weeks (each, grades seven through ten) we had to listen to Roch Voisine and Celine Dion almost daily.

If only my french teacher had known at the time that "Titanic" was just a couple years away.

I can only hope that such knowledge would have drastically changed the curriculum.

I can only hope.
